The right solution starts with the right questions.

Not every challenge is clearly defined from the start, and the same solution does not suit every organisation. So we begin by understanding the situation, the goals and the circumstances that influence them. Only then do we define how Talyn can help.

Project-based support

When you need to find people for key positions or address a specific organisational challenge.

Covers individual, more demanding hires and clearly defined advisory projects, such as process improvement, defining roles and responsibilities, or preparing for business expansion.

Large-scale projects

When you need to hire a larger number of people within a short timeframe or maintain a high hiring pace over the longer term.

The focus is on coordinating multiple recruitment processes in parallel and organising a process that can respond to intensive and changing needs. This may include team growth, increased turnover, seasonal demand or new business requirements.

Long-term partnership

When you need ongoing external support over a longer period.

The partnership can combine consulting, process development and recruitment support, depending on current priorities. This approach ensures continuity while allowing priorities to evolve with the needs of the business.

Regardless of the model

01

Transparent collaboration

We define the way of working, next steps and realistic expectations from the start. Open communication and information sharing are the foundation of a successful engagement.

02

Clear accountability

One person leads and coordinates the agreed activities and follows them through from start to finish.

03

Flexible capacity

We adapt our capacity to the scope of each project, bringing in additional specialists when needed to maintain quality and continuity.

FAQ

What our clients ask

Can we involve Talyn in just part of a project or process?

Yes. Talyn can take on an entire project or only the part where you need additional support. That can mean taking over a particular stage of the process, a specific area of responsibility, or working alongside your existing HR/TA team.

At the start, we clearly define responsibilities and how we will work together, so that we add capacity where it is needed, without creating parallel processes or unnecessarily changing what already works well.

What does a long-term partnership with Talyn involve?

A long-term partnership is intended for organisations that need ongoing support over several months or longer, rather than for a single project or hire.

Talyn can work alongside an existing HR/TA team or take responsibility for an agreed part of the work where internal capacity is limited or unavailable. The engagement can cover ongoing recruitment, work across multiple roles or markets, and advisory support focused on processes and ways of working. The scope and intensity of the engagement can change as the organisation’s priorities evolve.

How do you ensure you have the capacity for large-scale projects?

We define the team and the way of working based on the scope, markets, deadlines and specific requirements of each project. When a project calls for greater capacity, Talyn brings in vetted external associates with relevant experience, while project leadership, coordination and responsibility for delivery stay in one place.

Before we start, we assess what is needed to deliver the project to the required standard and within the agreed deadlines, and set up the team accordingly. We take on only those projects where we can ensure the necessary capacity and maintain the required quality throughout the engagement.

What timelines can we expect?

The timeline depends on the type of service, the market and the complexity of the project, and we define the key deadlines and expectations before the engagement begins.

For advisory services, the duration depends on the goal and complexity of the project. We agree the key phases, deadlines and expected results in advance, so that you know from the start what to expect and when.

For individual hires, the expected timeline is most often 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the position, candidate availability and the pace of the selection process. For specialist, hard-to-reach and C-level profiles, which often require targeted direct sourcing, the process can take longer. We assess a realistic timeline for each position before the search begins.

For large-scale projects, we can usually start the selection process within 7 business days of reaching an agreement and gathering the necessary information. We then define the hiring pace and expected results based on the required volume, market and project deadlines.

How do you define success?

Success does not mean the same thing for every project. Before the engagement begins, we define what we want to achieve and, based on that, agree on specific goals and the metrics we will track.

For advisory projects, the focus can be on the results of individual phases, on delivering the agreed changes, or on improving processes. For individual hires, we look at time to hire as well as the quality and relevance of candidates. For large-scale projects, we track the pace and volume of hiring, conversion through the selection process, and progress against agreed targets by market or period.

We track results throughout the engagement so that we can identify deviations early, understand their causes and adjust the approach where needed.
